More info: Jessica Alba founded The Honest Company in 2011 when she was pregnant with her second child Haven and is nowadays considered as one of the most successful celebrity entrepeneurs worldwide. In several interviews, the actress, mother and business woman explained the idea behind the company: during her first pregnancy with daugther Honor, she got an allergic reaction from a detergent her mother recommended to use for washing baby clothes. Jessica Alba was asking herself, what this detergent could possibly do to her baby if she as an adult was already reacting on it. In early 2016, The Honest Company valued 1,7 billion USD.
